README.md is 160+ lines and largely repeats what SKILL.md says, plus lists features that don't work yet ("Cobot skill install", programmatic Python API, interactive web editor on the roadmap).

Suggestion: Trim README to:

  • What this is (2 sentences)
  • How to use (copy TEMPLATE.md, fill it, optionally validate)
  • Link to SKILL.md for agent usage
  • Link to examples/
